1. Who Can Use Technerd

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Technerd.com
Users from countries subject to US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions may not use this platform
You must provide accurate information when creating your account
You may not create an account if you have been previously banned from Technerd

2. Your Account

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must notify us immediately at security@technerd.com if you suspect unauthorised access
You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without permission

3. Content You Post

Your content, your responsibility

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on Technerd.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform.

You may not post content that:

Is false, misleading, or defamatory
Infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights
Is illegal under US federal law or applicable state law
Contains malware, spam, or unsolicited promotional material
Violates another person’s privacy
Provides dangerous technical advice without appropriate safety warnings

4. Prohibited Conduct

What’s not allowed

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members
Impersonating any person or entity
Scraping, crawling, or automated data collection without permission
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
Using the platform for commercial solicitation without our written consent

5. AI Features

Bring-Your-Own-AI

Technerd does not operate AI services. The AI panel allows you to connect your own third-party API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). You are responsible for your use of those services and for complying with their terms of service. Technerd is not liable for any AI-generated content or for any consequences of its use.

Content posted by users is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions affecting your safety, health, finances, or legal situation.

Technerd.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be available at all times or that content will be accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technerd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

8. Termination

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support@technerd.com.

9. Governing Law

Legal jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Technerd operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in US federal or state courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered members by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of Technerd after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
